What's not included in a plan?
Parts, replacement hardware, software subscriptions and licenses, advanced data recovery, liquid or physical damage, major hardware repair, networking projects and third-party services are billed separately and always approved by you first.
How long is the membership?
12 months from the day you enroll. Benefits apply only to devices registered under the membership, and unused included support hours expire at the end of the term rather than rolling over.
What if I get a new computer mid-year?
No problem — we'll re-register your covered device and your plan moves with you at no extra cost.

DPR System Shield benefits are subject to the selected plan, registered devices, normal service availability and stated service limits. Parts, replacement hardware, software licenses, third-party subscriptions and services outside the applicable membership are billed separately. Additional work exceeding included benefits will not be performed without customer authorization.
